Brexit, Brexit, Brexit. It’s one of the most divisive topics the UK has ever seen. How bold then, is David Wilkinson, of the aptly titled Guerilla Films, to make a film championing the Remainers’ cause.
The film begins panning across the White Cliffs of Dover, preluding an interview with Miriam Margoyles, who is officially the person that lives closest to France in the UK. The following interviews feature writers, campaigners, captains of industry, Holocaust survivors, with some grim sound bites on what the impact on industry are likely to be.
Wilkinson does devote a portion of the film to listen to the views of Leavers, but the majority of this documentary is putting forward the argument that Brexit should not go ahead. His argument is pretty convincing, and if you don’t feel that way after seeing the film, you’ll have the opportunity to put your questions to him yourself, as Mr Wilkinson will be taking part in a Q&A following the film.
